Shipping & Delivery

At Figmo, every piece is custom-made based on your photo, design, or personal request. Because our products are personalized and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.

1. Custom-Made Products

Each Figmo item is made to order through a careful process that may include digital modeling, 3D printing, polishing, hand-finishing, painting, quality checking, and packaging.

Total turnaround time includes:

Crafting Time: 10–15 business days
Shipping Time: 7–15 business days

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Since all Figmo products are personalized, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product, size, color, base, or package selected by the customer
  • Low-quality or unsuitable photo provided by the customer
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation
  • Minor differences in color, texture, shape, or handmade finish
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or incorrect address information

Custom pieces are artistic recreations, not exact replicas. Slight variations are normal.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by Figmo, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once approved, we may offer a replacement, remake, or other suitable solution.

4. Order Changes

Please check your order details carefully before submitting.

If you need to update your shipping address or order information, contact us as soon as possible at [support@figmo.com]. Once production or shipping has started, changes may no longer be possible.

5. Shipping & Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

6. Customs & Duties
