Custom 3D Pet Portrait Pendant From Photo turns your dog or cat photo into a custom pet portrait necklace. We model each keepsake from your reference, use light-cured resin printing and water-based surface filler, then paint it by hand to preserve the markings, expression, ears, and muzzle that make your pet recognizable.
From your photo to a finished pendant

Photo tips
Use a sharp photo taken in natural light, without heavy filters. Make sure both eyes, the ears, nose, muzzle, and important coat markings are visible. Additional angles can help us understand details hidden in the main photo.
Care instructions — keep dry
Please do not soak the pendant or wear it while showering, swimming, or exercising in heavy rain. Once fully dry, the finish has limited water resistance; however, the surface system still contains water-based materials and remains vulnerable to prolonged immersion, repeated wet wiping, and high-humidity environments. If the pendant is splashed, blot it gently with a soft dry cloth and allow it to air-dry. Do not scrub the painted surface.
Chain options and metal sensitivity
If you prefer not to wear 925 Silver, choose the Alloy chain or Black Cord. For a known metal sensitivity, Black Cord is the non-metal option. Alloy composition can vary and should not be assumed to be hypoallergenic.

Returns & Quality Issues
Because each item is personalized and made to order, custom products are final sale for change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect your protection if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order details.
Contact support@getfigmo.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Please report visible shipping damage within 48 hours when possible. For an approved Figmo quality issue, we may provide a free remake, replacement, affected-part replacement, or an appropriate refund. Figmo pays approved quality-issue return shipping, and the restocking fee is $0.
