Choose the bike and rider details
- Your motorcycle: share the make, model and body style. Also, include photos of the paintwork and any custom parts.
- The small details: highlight the wheels, tires, controls, lights and exhaust. For example, send close-ups of markings you want us to focus on.
- Your riding gear: add a helmet, jacket, gloves, trousers and boots. If you choose a rider, include clear outfit photos too.
- Your pose: show us the stance or riding position you have in mind. Then we can review what works at your chosen size.
Pick a size for your display
Choose 9, 10, 11, 14 or 15 cm, with or without a rider. Larger models give small details more room to show.
These sizes do not refer to a fixed scale ratio. Before production, we confirm the measurement and full dimensions with you. This matters especially for unusual bike shapes or poses.
How to order your custom figurine
- First, select your options. Choose a size and decide whether to add a rider.
- Next, share clear photos. Send front, rear, side and three-quarter views of the bike. Also, include close-ups and rider photos where needed.
- Then, add your notes. Tell us which colors, gear, pose and parts matter most. We review the design and production details with you.
- Finally, confirm your project. Check the finish and current production and shipping estimates. If the model is a gift, discuss your date before ordering.
Questions about your motorcycle model
Can you recreate my own motorcycle?
Yes, your photos guide the design. We can then review the shape and custom parts to confirm which details we can make.
Can I include myself as the rider?
Choose the rider option and send photos of your helmet, outfit and pose. If you want a visible face, include clear facial photos so we can discuss the design.
Does the model include the framed photo?
No, the frame shows the idea of turning a photo into a model. Your order does not include a printed photo or frame.
Will every small part match the real bike?
We aim to capture the features that make your bike stand out. However, tiny parts and markings may need simpler shapes. Colors and details may also vary with size and the making process.
Is this a toy?
This is a collectible display model with small, delicate parts. Therefore, handle it carefully and keep it away from young children.
The gallery shows examples of completed custom models. In contrast, the main image is an AI-generated illustration based on a supplied reference. The framed image is also a recreation. We make your order to the photos and options we agree with you.
Custom Production: When you place an order, your figurine is made specifically for you based on the photos and requirements you provide. Each piece is individually created as a personalized 3D product.
Complete Service Included: The product price includes the full creation process, covering 3D modeling, materials, printing, and hand-finishing.
Handmade Details: Because every figurine is custom-made, small differences in color, texture, or fine details may occur and are considered part of the handmade process. If your item arrives damaged or has a major quality issue, please contact us at support@getfigmo.com as soon as possible.

Processing / Handling Time: 5–10 business days. This includes reference review, 3D modeling, customer preview and approval, 3D printing, hand finishing or painting, quality inspection, and packaging.
Shipping / Transit Time: 5–7 business days after the completed order is accepted by the carrier.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–17 business days (5–10 business days processing + 5–7 business days transit).
The estimate assumes payment and complete usable references have been received and the customer responds promptly to preview requests. Delayed approval, additional revisions, public holidays, customs, weather, or carrier disruption may extend delivery. Returns & Quality Issues
Because each item is personalized and made to order, custom products are final sale for change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect your protection if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order details.
Contact support@getfigmo.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Please report visible shipping damage within 48 hours when possible. For an approved Figmo quality issue, we may provide a free remake, replacement, affected-part replacement, or an appropriate refund. Figmo pays approved quality-issue return shipping, and the restocking fee is $0.
