Due to the personalized nature of this product, customized orders cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Shipping / Transit Time: 5–7 business days after the completed order is accepted by the carrier.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–17 business days (5–10 business days processing + 5–7 business days transit).
The estimate assumes payment and complete usable references have been received and the customer responds promptly to preview requests. Returns & Quality Issues
Because each item is personalized and made to order, custom products are final sale for change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect your protection if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order details.
Contact support@getfigmo.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Please report visible shipping damage within 48 hours when possible. For an approved Figmo quality issue, we may provide a free remake, replacement, affected-part replacement, or an appropriate refund. Figmo pays approved quality-issue return shipping, and the restocking fee is $0.
